Hey, I'm Chris!

Like a lot of men, I spent years keeping things in—struggles with mental health, battles with alcoholism, and the quiet weight that comes from feeling like you have to handle it all on your own. On the outside, everything can look fine. On the inside, it’s a different story.

This store exists to change that.

Every shirt is designed to start conversations, break stigma, and remind men that they’re not alone. Strength isn’t about staying silent—it’s about being honest, being vulnerable, and being willing to speak up.

A portion of every purchase is donated to the Movember Foundation to support men’s mental health initiatives, suicide prevention, and programs that help men live healthier, more connected lives.
